Check the application mode: in ablaze mode the adhesive electrode must be connected to the patient's back and the handpiece will act as a capacitive electrode. In the endodhape mode make sure the electrodes for closing the electric arc are positioned on the tip of the handpiece. In this case the electrode on the body is not required.
